Hey my name is Steve and I play guitar and sing in a 3 piece metal band from Albuquerque called The Ground Beneath. A while ago we got signed to Dirtbag Music (the clothing co. started a label) for a development deal. well it has been an interesting week to say the least. the NM State Fair show was incredible! thanks to everyone who came out and stayed for the whole 90min set... you guys are killer! unforunately we lost our drummer this week to the dark reality of drug addiction and we will not be seeing him back in the band again. we have been working with a replacement already and maybe we can break him in this weekend.

there are only a handful of shows left for the year and most of them are with our favorite bands from Los Angeles! the two shows this weekend feature our Irish brothers in Mike Got Spiked who are now living in Los Angeles and only going back to Ireland to tour!
